Voting is Easy

It doesn't have to cost that much either.  Although The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees is spending a total of $87.5 million for Democrats (WSJ.com) and the National Republican Congressional Committee and the Chamber of Commerce are somewhere around $55 million for Republicans (NYTimes.com), it is just as easy as following the flowchart.
